About Us

The Kansas Muzzleloading Association was established on March 25, 1985. The organization was founded not for profit, but for the purpose of:

Encouraging cooperation of communication among recreationists, historians, living history artists, craftsmen, publishers, sportsmen muzzleloading enthusiasts, and others engaged in the sport of muzzleloading
To hold competitions and exhibitions.
To promote the historical study of the time period 1654 to 1890, through the authentic recreation of living historians.
